Thanks for the very useful post David. Clearly, trying to implement the “tried and true” business model today only leaves you black and blue (and with an empty wallet). The pendulum definitely is swinging towards proactive iteration being the start-up method du jour, and especially the leveraging of social media. Blogging, Tweeting and Webinars have become the small company's best friends along the yellow brick road…;>)
