Anoushka enjoys collaborating with early-stage entrepreneurs to build category-leading companies. She is actively involved with the Matrix's investments in Lever, Inflection, Taulia and PayRange and is a Board Observer for ACME Technologies. She previously was a consultant at McKinsey & Co., focused on companies in technology, media and payments across functions ranging from strategy to sales. Prior to McKinsey, Anoushka worked at Goldman Sachs and advised companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and debt and equity offerings. She graduated with Summa Cum Laude from Columbia University, where she focused on and conducted research in behavioral economics.
